Nazara Technologies allotted 1,82,31,000 warrants at Rs 260 each (Rs 258 premium) via preferential issue on private placement basis. Company received Rs 118.5 crore as 25 percent upfront subscription from 4 allottees: Riambel Capital (94.85 lakh warrants), S Gupta Family Enterprises (40 lakh), Plutus Investments (38.46 lakh, to join promoter group), and Founders Collective Fund (9 lakh). One proposed allottee for 10 lakh warrants became ineligible. Warrants are convertible into equity within 18 months. Total potential raise if fully converted is about Rs 474 crore.
