On the reaction day the stock moved 0.2 pts less than Nifty Microcap 250 and 0.7 pts more than its Entertainment peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Q2 FY27 revenue rose 53% year on year to INR 803 crore, a record. EBITDA rose 93% to INR 120 crore and margin widened 3.11 percentage points to 14.9%. Profit after tax was INR 35 crore versus a loss of INR 34 crore. Gaming contributed 82% of revenue and nearly all EBITDA before group costs. Bluetile and BestPlay cost USD 303 million; NODWIN caused an INR 23 crore loss. Management disclosed a game release pipeline but gave no growth target.
Profit may support the stock, but USD 100 million of planned acquisition borrowing, integration risks and NODWIN losses add uncertainty.
