Nazara Technologies will raise about ₹733.5 crore through a preferential issue of equity shares priced at ₹306 per share, with reference date 31 July 2026. The entire amount will be subscribed by founders and senior leadership of Bluetile Games and BestPlay Systems. Incoming CEO Raymond Albaladejo Stauffer alone will invest about ₹583.48 crore. Other investors include Schutze Marc Sylvester (about ₹86.67 crore) and Maxime Loppin (about ₹30.71 crore). Proceeds will fund acquisitions, gaming growth, owned IP and AI-enabled development.
Strong insider confidence as incoming CEO and acquired company leaders back Nazara with personal capital. Boosts balance sheet for acquisitions but issuance will dilute existing shareholders.
