On the reaction day the stock moved 2.7 pts less than its Civil Construction peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
NBCC declared a second interim dividend of Rs 0.25 per share for FY2026-27 and fixed November 11, 2026 as the record date. September-quarter revenue rose to Rs 2,889.62 crore from Rs 2,097.25 crore last year, while net profit doubled to Rs 225.24 crore from Rs 112.55 crore. First-half revenue was Rs 4,712.66 crore and net profit Rs 375.89 crore. The filing also flags negative operating cash flow and unresolved project and tax matters.
Profit growth and dividend may support the stock, but November 11 governs eligibility. Negative cash flow and project or tax issues remain risks.
