Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
NBCC reported standalone Q2 FY26 revenue of Rs 2,09,351 lakh, up 13 percent YoY. Net profit jumped 39.5 percent YoY to Rs 17,255 lakh. H1 FY26 revenue rose 7.7 percent to Rs 3,74,898 lakh with PAT up 36.3 percent at Rs 28,663 lakh. Board declared 2nd interim dividend of Rs 0.21 per share. Statutory auditor changed mid-year from Q1 to Q2 of FY26. However, operating cash flow turned sharply negative at Rs 1,20,523 lakh outflow in H1 versus Rs 13,518 lakh inflow last year. Multiple emphasis of matter points on real estate project issues remain.
Strong profit growth and dividend are positive, but sharply negative operating cash flow, auditor switch, and large real estate project provisions warrant caution.
