NCL Industries announced its Q3 FY26 (ended Dec 31, 2025) unaudited results, approved by the Board on Feb 13, 2026, with an unmodified auditor opinion. Standalone revenue from operations for the quarter was Rs. 342.99 crore vs Rs. 341.40 crore in Q3 FY25, largely flat. Net profit surged to Rs. 13.26 crore from Rs. 3.36 crore YoY, driven by lower input costs. The Board declared an interim dividend of Rs. 1.50 per share (15% on face value), totaling about Rs. 6.78 crore payout, with record date Feb 21, 2026. A 0.66 MTPA cement grinding unit at Thallapalem, Andhra Pradesh was commissioned, lifting total cement capacity from 3.30 MTPA to 4.00 MTPA. The Board also approved a postal ballot notice to appoint Dr. Durga Prasad Subramanyam Anapindi as Independent Director.
Strong profit growth reflects improved operating efficiency and lower raw material costs despite flat top-line, which should be viewed positively by shareholders. The interim dividend rewards investors while the capacity expansion supports future volume growth.
