NCL Holdings (A&S) Ltd, part of the promoter group of NCL Industries, sold 10,28,643 equity shares (2.27% of paid-up capital) through an off-market inter-se transfer on 5 December 2025. The selling entity's individual holding dropped from 2.88% (13,01,368 shares) to 0.60% (2,72,725 shares). Total paid-up capital of the company is Rs.45.23 crore comprising 4,52,32,790 equity shares of Rs.10 each. Because the transaction is an inter-se transfer within promoter group entities, the overall promoter group stake in NCL Industries remains unchanged — only the shares have been reshuffled between promoter group companies.
