NCLAT adjourns Aban Offshore CIRP appeal to March 27, 2026

Aban Offshore, under Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process since September 2025, appeared before NCLAT Chennai on February 12, 2026. The tribunal adjourned an appeal filed by suspended MD Reji Abraham against Punjab National Bank to March 27, 2026, allowing time for settlement. PNB opposed the adjournment. The interim order of January 21, 2026 continues to operate. If no settlement is reached by then, the appeal will be heard on merits.
