NCLAT orders PNB to record OTS decision in Aban Offshore CIRP

Aban Offshore, already in CIRP, shared an NCLAT Chennai order dated Jan 21, 2026. The tribunal directed Punjab National Bank to place on record its decision on the suspended MD's One Time Settlement proposal within two weeks. PNB claims the OTS was rejected but the appellant argues no rejection order exists. Next hearing is Feb 12, 2026. A two-week stay is in place on further proceedings.
