NCLT admits merger petition with Dev Land and Housing, hearing on 20 Feb 2026

NCLT Mumbai has admitted the merger petition between GB Global Limited (transferor) and Dev Land and Housing Pvt Ltd (transferee). The order dated 8 Jan 2026 was received by the company on 19 Jan 2026. NCLT has directed issuance of notices to statutory authorities including SEBI and RBI, publication in Business Standard and Navshakti newspapers, and hosting of the scheme on company websites. Next hearing is fixed for 20 Feb 2026. The scheme is filed under Sections 230-232 of the Companies Act 2013.
