NCLT approves new Resolution Professional for Opto Circuits

Opto Circuits remains under CIRP since November 2022. The Committee of Creditors, with 78.62 percent voting share, at their 39th meeting on 14 July 2026 decided to replace the existing Resolution Professional. NCLT Bengaluru Bench approved the appointment of M/s Waterfall Insolvency Professional Private Limited, represented by Ms. Shirley Mathew, as the new RP, replacing Mr. Pankaj Srivastava, by order dated 31 August 2026.
