NCLT approves resolution plan for Dion Global under IBC

NCLT New Delhi approved on 21 July 2026 the resolution plan for Dion Global Solutions under Section 31 of IBC. The plan by Indus Intellirisk had 100 percent creditor approval since 26 April 2021. SRA deposited Rs 80.30 lakh as performance guarantee. Moratorium lifted. A monitoring committee will oversee implementation. Plan provides priority payment to operational creditors and full payment of employee gratuity and PF dues.
