NCLT approves resolution plan for KSS Limited; monitoring committee formed

KSS Limited, undergoing Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process, has had its Resolution Plan submitted by Micro Capitals Private Limited approved by NCLT Mumbai on 5 August 2026. The plan was earlier approved by the Committee of Creditors in October 2023. A 3-member Monitoring Committee is now being constituted to supervise implementation and manage day-to-day operations until the closing date.
