NCLT disposes IBC application; banks directed to remove NPA, give NOC

NCLT dismissed McNally Bharat's application under Section 60(5) of IBC filed in its ongoing insolvency matter (CP(IB) No. 891/KB/2020). The Tribunal directed the Applicant/SRA to comply with Clause 5.5.2.2 of the approved Resolution Plan. Respondent Banks were ordered to remove NPA status from the company's account and issue NOC within a week. The order was passed on 10th June 2026.
