NCLT extends resolution plan implementation deadline by 90 days

NCLT Chennai extended the deadline by 90 days to complete the Resolution Plan approved on 13 Jan 2026 in the Intec Capital Ltd vs Rajeswari Infrastructure case. The plea to exclude 119 days from the timeline was not granted. The SRA has been directed to sell identified non-core assets and deposit the sale proceeds with Intec Capital and Religare Finvest, who must release their charges on these assets. Property tax attachment issues are to be resolved by the SRA separately.
