NCLT hears resolution plan and intervention petitions, reserves for orders

Baron Infotech, already under the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process, informed BSE about NCLT Hyderabad Bench-II hearings on September 2, 2026. The tribunal heard an intervention petition, a resolution plan application, and another application in a company petition originally filed by Avantine Software Pvt Ltd. All matters were heard and reserved for orders. Dr Ahalada Rao is acting as the Resolution Professional.
