NCLT partially allows amendment to Starlite's Resolution Plan for public shareholding compliance

NCLT Mumbai has partially allowed Starlite Components' request to amend its Resolution Plan, to comply with Rule 19A(5) of the Securities Contracts (Regulation) Rules on minimum public shareholding. The company is now taking steps to implement the order and complete the required compliances. The plan amendment was needed to meet the 25 percent public shareholding norm for continued listing on the exchanges.
