NCLT rectifies typographical error in KSS resolution plan approval order

NCLT Mumbai Bench passed a rectification order on 28 September 2026 correcting a typographical error in the resolution plan approval order dated 5 August 2026 for KSS Limited. The original order wrongly named Mr. Manoj Kumar Agarwal as the Interim Resolution Professional instead of the correct name Mr. Dharmendra Dhelariya. The rectification is limited to this name correction and does not alter the approved resolution plan by Micro Capitals Private Limited or any of its terms.
