NCLT replaces Resolution Professional at Opto Circuits

Opto Circuits has been under corporate insolvency since November 2022. The NCLT Bengaluru Bench has approved replacing the existing Resolution Professional with M/s. Waterfall Insolvency Professional, represented by Ms. Shirley Mathew. This follows a Committee of Creditors vote on 14 July 2026, where 78.62 percent of creditors supported the change. The NCLT order was passed on 31 August 2026.
