NCLT replaces Resolution Professional at Opto Circuits under CIRP

Opto Circuits has been under corporate insolvency resolution process since November 2022. NCLT Bengaluru has approved replacing the existing Resolution Professional Mr. Pankaj Srivastava with M/s. Waterfall Insolvency Professional Private Limited, represented by Ms. Shirley Mathew, after 78.62 percent of CoC members voted for the change on 14 July 2026. This is a procedural change in the ongoing insolvency process.
