NCLT reserves order on GB Global merger with Dev Land and Housing

GB Global informed that the NCLT Mumbai Bench reserved its order on the Scheme of Merger by Absorption between GB Global (Transferor) and Dev Land and Housing (Transferee). The matter was heard on 15 July 2026 with written submissions filed by all parties including counsel for SEBI, BSE and NSE. The tribunal reserved its judgment, meaning the final ruling is still pending. The merger is being considered under Sections 230-232 of the Companies Act, 2013.
