NCLT resolution plan implemented: old promoters reclassified, fresh allotments done

Following NCLT order dated June 18, 2026 approving the Resolution Plan under IBC 2016, Bloom Dekor has implemented key changes. Existing promoters and promoter group reclassified to Public category. Equity capital reduced from 68.5 lakh to 29,007 shares on a 250 to 1 ratio. Fresh allotments include 30 lakh shares to new promoter Karan Singh Surjit Singh Wilkhoo, 81.38 lakh shares via debt to equity conversion, and 40 lakh shares to strategic investors. Post allotment paid up capital stands at about 1.52 crore equity shares of Rs 10 each.
