For the unaudited September 2025 quarter, standalone revenue rose 6.1% to Rs 63.44 crore, but net loss widened to Rs 70.39 crore from Rs 48.35 crore. Consolidated revenue rose 9.8% to Rs 122.27 crore, while net loss widened to Rs 74.01 crore from Rs 53.45 crore. Six-month consolidated operating cash outflow was Rs 104.32 crore. A Rs 396.49 crore rights issue closed in October. At 30 September, group equity was negative Rs 86.99 crore.
Revenue did not cover costs, so losses and cash burn widened. Rights issue helps liquidity but may dilute holders; negative group equity adds pressure.
