Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Standalone revenue for the September quarter rose 22% to Rs 83.44 crore; net loss narrowed to Rs 59.03 crore from Rs 76.37 crore. Consolidated revenue was Rs 129.47 crore; net loss Rs 63.51 crore. April to September operating cash outflow was Rs 89.32 crore. Prior figures were restated after the NDTV group merger. Board plans up to Rs 800 crore of perpetual non-convertible funding. A Rs 420.36 crore tax demand is on appeal; recovery is paused.
Revenue growth and lower loss help, but cash burn and negative equity raise funding risk. Perpetual funding may ease liquidity but add payment costs.
