Neeraj Paper Marketing Ltd reported its unaudited Q3 FY26 (quarter ended 31 Dec 2025) results on 13 Feb 2026. Revenue from operations stood at Rs 4,222.89 lakhs, down about 21.5% from Rs 5,376.73 lakhs in the same quarter last year. Nine-month revenue fell roughly 18.8% YoY to Rs 12,486.37 lakhs versus Rs 15,366.79 lakhs. Despite weaker top-line, net profit for the quarter more than doubled to Rs 12.07 lakhs (from Rs 5.32 lakhs), though nine-month profit slipped to Rs 30.35 lakhs from Rs 36.56 lakhs. The statutory auditor (Goel Singhal & Associates) issued an unqualified limited review report. Separately, the Board noted the resignation of the Company Secretary effective 28 Feb 2026 and approved the sale of an immovable property at Pitampura, New Delhi.
Falling revenue is a concern and may pressure the stock, but the sharp jump in quarterly profit (despite a small base) shows margin improvement. The property sale and Company Secretary exit are corporate housekeeping items — worth watching for value realisation from the Pitampura asset.
