Neil Industries (an NBFC) reported Q2 FY27 total income of Rs 110.32 lakh, up 10.5% from Rs 99.82 lakh a year ago. Profit after tax for the quarter rose 22.4% to Rs 59.81 lakh. Half year PAT grew around 24% to Rs 101.20 lakh versus Rs 81.67 lakh in H1 FY26. Board approved these unaudited results at its October 12, 2026 meeting. Statutory auditor R P Khandelwal and Associates issued an unmodified limited review report. EPS for H1 stood at Rs 0.52 compared with Rs 0.42 earlier. No investor complaints were pending.
Steady profit growth and a clean audit for this small NBFC. Limited trading liquidity expected on BSE. No major red flags.
