Nephrocare Health Services reported standalone FY26 revenue of ₹6,297 million, up 15.8% from ₹5,436 million in FY25. However, the company posted a net loss of ₹80.6 million for FY26 compared to a profit of ₹342.4 million in FY25. Q4 FY26 showed strong recovery with revenue of ₹1,643 million and profit of ₹109 million. Finance costs nearly quadrupled to ₹498 million due to a ₹372 million non-cash FVTPL interest charge. Allowance for expected credit losses jumped over 5x to ₹133 million from ₹26 million, indicating stress on receivables. The company listed on NSE and BSE via IPO in December 2025, raising approximately ₹3,902 million net. The Board also approved ₹10 crore investment in Nepal subsidiary and ₹140 crore total collateral support (₹70 crore each) for Singapore and Saudi Arabia subsidiaries.
The swing to annual loss despite Q4 profitability raises concerns about recurring profitability; the surge in credit losses and finance costs warrants monitoring. The substantial subsidiary guarantees increase exposure to overseas operations.
