Nephrocare Health Services reported audited standalone financial results for Q4 and FY ended March 2026. For the full year, revenue from operations grew 15.8% to Rs. 6,297.43 million from Rs. 5,435.97 million in FY25. However, the company posted a standalone net loss of Rs. 80.60 million for FY26 compared to a net profit of Rs. 342.36 million in FY25, a sharp reversal driven mainly by a non-cash, non-recurring finance cost of Rs. 371.89 million related to FVTPL financial liabilities from the IPO transaction. The Board also approved investment of up to Rs. 10 crore in the Nepal subsidiary and in-principal approval for providing collateral/security support of up to Rs. 70 crore each for the Singapore and Saudi Arabia subsidiaries.
