Neptune Logitek Limited, a logistics company, reported its unaudited standalone results for H1 FY26 (April–September 2025). Revenue from operations stood at Rs 12,545.47 lakhs, a modest ~3% rise over the same period last year (Rs 12,161.41 lakhs). Profit after tax jumped to Rs 453.46 lakhs from Rs 326.21 lakhs in H1 FY25, a healthy ~39% increase, lifting EPS to Rs 4.53 from Rs 3.26. Operating cash flow remained firmly positive at Rs 828.43 lakhs. The statutory auditor (J S Maheshwari & Co) issued an unqualified limited review report with no qualifications. However, the balance sheet shows total debt of around Rs 5,329 lakhs against shareholder funds of about Rs 2,449 lakhs, keeping the debt-equity ratio elevated at roughly 2.2x.
The strong profit growth and margin expansion signal improving operational efficiency, which is positive for shareholders. However, the high leverage and modest top-line growth suggest the company is relying more on cost control than volume expansion to drive earnings, keeping financial risk elevated.
