Nesco Limited reported audited FY2025-26 results with revenue from operations growing 27.3% to ₹932.06 crore from ₹732.01 crore in the previous year. Profit after tax increased 10% to ₹412.80 crore from ₹375.22 crore. The Board recommended a final dividend of ₹7 per equity share (face value ₹2 each), up from ₹6.50 per share last year, subject to shareholder approval. All major segments showed growth, with Foods segment revenue more than doubling to ₹238.51 crore and Bombay Exhibition Center growing 30% to ₹259.82 crore. The auditor issued an unmodified (clean) opinion with no qualifications. EBITDA margin compressed from approximately 74% to 61% due to proportionally higher operating expenses.
Strong revenue growth of 27% and 10% PAT growth signal solid operational performance, though the margin compression may concern investors focused on profitability ratios. The increased dividend is positive for shareholder returns.
