Nettlinx Ltd reported a standalone net profit of Rs.56.34 lakhs in Q3 FY26, recovering from a loss of Rs.509.66 lakhs in Q3 FY25 (which included an exceptional gain of Rs.445.86 lakhs). For the nine-month period, standalone profit stood at Rs.183.23 lakhs versus a loss of Rs.501.55 lakhs last year. On a consolidated basis, the company slipped into a loss of Rs.31.03 lakhs in Q3 FY26 (compared to a profit of Rs.671.01 lakhs a year ago) and a nine-month loss of Rs.607.29 lakhs. Revenue from operations fell both standalone (Rs.285.99 lakhs vs Rs.326.93 lakhs, down ~12%) and consolidated (Rs.484.75 lakhs vs Rs.532.89 lakhs, down ~9%). Bad debts of Rs.14.95 lakhs were written off in the quarter. The board also approved incorporation of a new wholly owned subsidiary named 'COMPAL Limited'.
Mixed picture for shareholders — standalone business returned to profit, but the consolidated entity remains in losses with shrinking top-line, and the auditor flagged an Emphasis of Matter. Stock may react negatively to revenue decline and continued consolidated losses, though the subsidiary expansion could be seen as a growth signal.
