CRISIL Ratings has upgraded Netweb Technologies' ratings on its total bank loan facilities of Rs. 124.31 crore. The long-term rating moved up to CRISIL A/Stable from CRISIL A-/Stable, and the short-term rating improved to CRISIL A1 from CRISIL A2+. The upgrade reflects strong revenue growth at a ~70% CAGR over four years, reaching Rs. 1,149 crore in FY25, supported by a healthy order book of Rs. 325 crore plus L1 orders of Rs. 362 crore. The company maintains a debt-free capital structure with a networth of over Rs. 522 crore, nil gearing, and an interest coverage ratio of 34 times. It also benefits from strong liquidity with Rs. 170 crore in cash and a low 27% bank limit utilization, though working capital remains stretched at 200-210 days.
This is a positive signal for shareholders — the upgrade lowers borrowing costs and confirms the company's strong financial health, fast-growing AI/HPC business, and government PLI scheme support. Operating margin moderation and high working capital intensity remain areas to watch.
