Board approved Q2 FY26 results. Standalone revenue fell to Rs 46.6 cr from Rs 60.7 cr YoY, down about 23 percent. Standalone PAT fell to Rs 9.93 cr from Rs 18.19 cr, down about 45 percent. Consolidated PAT was Rs 9.84 cr versus Rs 18.17 cr YoY. Q1 FY26 was reviewed by another auditor while Q2 was reviewed by Singhi and Co, indicating a mid-year auditor change. Company raised Rs 300 cr via preferential allotment to WhiteOak Mutual Fund in September 2025, but none has been utilised yet.
Sharp YoY decline in revenue and profit may pressure sentiment; large unutilised Rs 300 cr raise offers growth optionality but raises deployment concerns.
