Network18 posted Q3 FY26 standalone revenue of Rs 500 cr (up 5% YoY) but standalone loss after tax widened to Rs 104 cr vs Rs 74 cr YoY due to exceptional items of Rs 52 cr (IBN Lokmat impairment and new labour code obligation). Consolidated revenue at Rs 539 cr; loss of Rs 5 cr. Nine-month standalone PAT of Rs 338 cr was boosted by a prior Q1 exceptional gain of Rs 587 cr from ETPL fair valuation.
