Neueon Corporation lists on BSE/NSE; renamed from Neueon Towers

Neueon Corporation Limited (formerly Neueon Towers) will list on BSE and NSE from December 23, 2025 under the new symbol NEUEON. This follows an NCLT-approved resolution plan under IBC dated October 23, 2024. After capital reduction, public shareholders hold 10% of the company while the successful resolution applicant holds 90%. Face value was reduced from Rs 10 to Rs 1, leaving 5.65 crore shares outstanding. The stock will trade in the T group (trade-to-trade segment).
