New Markets Avenue Ltd reported a strong turnaround in H1 FY26 (ended 30 Sep 2025), with revenue from operations jumping to ₹19.25 lakhs from just ₹2.40 lakhs in H1 FY25 — a roughly 8x increase. Quarterly revenue rose to ₹7.50 lakhs (Q2 FY26) versus ₹1.65 lakhs in Q2 FY25. The company swung to a profit of ₹9.19 lakhs for the half year, compared to a loss of ₹2.46 lakhs in the same period last year. Basic EPS for H1 FY26 stood at ₹0.74 versus a loss of ₹0.20 earlier. However, the company's other equity remains negative at ₹(8.19) lakhs (improved from ₹(17.38) lakhs), indicating accumulated losses are still being wiped out. Borrowings doubled to ₹48.67 lakhs from ₹24.16 lakhs at March-end 2025.
Sharp revenue growth and a return to profit are positive signs, but the company is very small, borrowings have doubled, and its net worth is still technically negative due to past losses — so the improvement is from a very low base and remains fragile for shareholders.
