New Resolution Professional appointed in Marshall Machines CIRP

Marshall Machines is under Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process. NCLT Chandigarh replaced the Interim Resolution Professional with Mavent Restructuring Services LLP as Resolution Professional by order dated 27 Oct 2025. Expression of Interest invited from buyers by 6 Dec 2025, and resolution plans are due 4 Feb 2026. The Ludhiana-based firm makes special purpose machineries with FY23 revenue of about Rs 34.5 crore. CIRP was originally admitted against a petition by Uno Minda Limited.
