New Swan Multitech Ltd reported its H1 FY26 (April–September 2025) unaudited results along with a clean limited review report from Sukhminder Singh & Co. Revenue from operations rose to about ₹82.07 crore from roughly ₹76.49 crore in H1 FY25, a growth of around 7%. However, profit after tax slipped to about ₹4.91 crore from ₹6.17 crore in the same period last year, a decline of nearly 20%. Total expenses grew faster than revenue, with cost of materials and other expenses pressuring margins. Operating cash flow stayed positive at ₹5.51 crore, and cash on hand improved to ₹2.63 crore from ₹0.37 crore. Trade receivables jumped sharply to ₹24.61 crore from ₹16.39 crore, while inventories came down slightly.
The mixed picture — modest revenue growth but a sharp drop in profit — points to margin pressure and rising working-capital needs, which may weigh on the stock in the short term. Investors should watch for improvement in cost control and receivable collection in the second half.
