NIBE Limited reported weak H1 FY26 results with consolidated revenue falling to 15,586.71 lakhs from 24,604.54 lakhs last year. The company swung to a net loss of 864.48 lakhs against a profit of 1,677.36 lakhs. Both Defence and Aeronautics segments posted losses. Operating cash flow remained negative at 635.92 lakhs. The board noted CFO Rajesh Khatri's resignation due to personal reasons and appointed Jigar Shah as new CFO. It also approved acquiring the remaining 48.95% stake in Nibe Meson Naval from Quest Flow Controls.
Sharp revenue decline and swing to net loss signal operational stress. CFO exit and new subsidiary acquisition add short-term uncertainty.
