Nidhi Granites reported consolidated revenue from operations of Rs. 1,555.07 lakhs in Q3 FY26, up about 16% from Rs. 1,341.49 lakhs a year ago. For the nine-month period, revenue jumped nearly 40% to Rs. 4,854.22 lakhs versus Rs. 3,479.47 lakhs last year. Consolidated net profit more than doubled to Rs. 220.61 lakhs in Q3 (vs Rs. 94.22 lakhs) and rose to Rs. 573.81 lakhs for 9M FY26 (vs Rs. 279.51 lakhs). Growth is driven by the Paper & Paperboard segment and the newly added Financial Technology segment (Paynov8, formerly Auro Fintech, acquired on 1 April 2025 for Rs. 60.57 lakhs). The standalone granite business has effectively wound down, posting a Rs. 32.30 lakh loss in the quarter. The board also re-appointed MD Darpan Shah for 5 years and approved shifting the registered office from Andheri East to Malad West effective 1 April 2026.
Strong consolidated profit and revenue growth, supported by a new fintech acquisition and expanding paper business, is positive for shareholders despite the legacy standalone granite business being inactive. The transformation into a diversified group with higher-margin segments should be viewed favorably by the market.
