Nihar Info Global reported standalone unaudited results for Q1 FY27 (quarter ended June 30, 2026). Revenue from operations rose to ₹351.31 lakhs, up about 68.7% from ₹208.22 lakhs in Q1 FY26, driven mainly by Trading Activity (₹318.49 lakhs) and E-Commerce (₹32.81 lakhs). However, total expenses jumped sharply to ₹351.00 lakhs from ₹315.80 lakhs, causing Profit Before Tax to collapse to just ₹0.52 lakhs (vs ₹6.82 lakhs) and Net Profit to slip to ₹0.49 lakhs (vs ₹6.61 lakhs), a fall of over 90%. The company also disclosed the divestment of its investments in subsidiaries Life 108 Healthcare and Beast Bells Media from April 1, 2026. Statutory auditor Bhargavi Priya and Associates issued a clean (unmodified) Limited Review report. Separately, the company announced a strategic revamp of its GoldnSilver.shop platform into an integrated gold and silver ecosystem covering physical bullion, digital gold/silver, ETFs (including via Zerodha and NSEIX), gold loans and an AI-powered knowledge hub.
Top-line growth is strong and the new precious-metals platform strategy could open future revenue streams, but the sharp drop in profits and minimal earnings (EPS of just ₹0.005) highlight serious margin pressure that shareholders should watch closely. The negative other equity position and very thin profitability are yellow flags, even as the auditor gave a clean report.
