NIIT Q3 FY26 consolidated revenue from operations rose 3.3% YoY to Rs 1,013.68M; 9M revenue up 7% to Rs 2,904.30M. PAT dropped sharply to Rs 45.66M in Q3 (vs Rs 139.83M YoY) and Rs 94.12M for 9M (vs Rs 343.19M), dragged by exceptional items of Rs 54.34M this quarter including Rs 46.41M Labour Codes impact and Rs 7.93M amalgamation costs. Standalone posted Rs 14.58M loss vs Rs 31.78M profit YoY.
Top-line steady but bottom-line hit by one-time costs; amalgamation scheme and iamneo acquisition may support future growth.
