NIIT filed Q3 FY26 (Dec 31, 2025) unaudited results. Consolidated revenue rose 3.3% YoY to Rs 1,013.68 million. PAT fell sharply to Rs 45.66 million from Rs 139.83 million YoY, weighed by Rs 54.34 million exceptional items in Q3 (Rs 99.12 million in 9M). These include a Rs 46.41 million Labour Codes one-time charge, plus amalgamation and acquisition costs. Standalone swung to a Rs 14.58 million loss from a Rs 31.78 million profit. Board granted 370,000 ESOP options at Rs 105.95.
Weak Q3 profit despite steady revenue due to heavy exceptional charges from Labour Codes and deals. Watch scheme hearing on March 26, 2026.
