On the reaction day the stock moved 8.3 pts less than Nifty Microcap 250 and 7.5 pts less than its Education peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Revenue from operations fell 6.4% year on year to Rs 982.17 million in the September 2026 quarter. Consolidated owners' loss after tax was Rs 21.88 million, versus Rs 13.73 million profit last year. Half-year revenue rose 2.5% to Rs 1,938.70 million and profit to Rs 59.00 million; standalone profit rose 25.5% to Rs 83.84 million after restatement. One-off costs totalled Rs 18.72 million for the half year; operating cash flow was negative.
Quarterly revenue and profit weakened, which may pressure the stock. Higher half-year profit offers support, but cash flow remains negative.
