Q2 FY27 revenue was INR982m, down 6% year on year but up 3% sequentially, as large outsourcing clients reduced spending. Profit before depreciation and amortisation was INR27m at a 2.7% margin; net loss was INR22m. Order intake was INR1,301m with 10 new logos. AI-led revenue reached 12.4%, while banking programme revenue hit a record INR200m. Management expects flat FY27 revenue and a low single-digit operating margin.
Cost cuts, AI and banking growth support profit, but weak outsourcing client spending may cap revenue and keep near-term earnings under pressure.
