On the reaction day the stock moved 2.1 pts less than Nifty Microcap 250 and 1.9 pts less than its Residential Commercial Projects peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Nila Infrastructures filed its 36th Annual Report for FY2025-26. Consolidated total income was about 33,792 lakh rupees, broadly flat versus FY25. Consolidated PAT rose about 16 percent to 2,699 lakh rupees. No dividend was declared to conserve cash for projects. Borrowings rose to 1,42,089 lakh rupees though debt-equity stays below 1. Order book slipped to 2,369 lakh rupees. Auditor gave an unqualified report. AGM set for July 31, 2026.
Skipped dividend may disappoint income investors; flat revenue, falling order book, and rising borrowings are points to watch closely.
