Nila Spaces Limited reported FY2026 results with standalone revenue of ₹13,580.22 lakh (up 37% YoY) and profit after tax of ₹1,437.31 lakh. However, standalone PAT declined slightly from ₹1,461.77 lakh last year despite 25% PBT growth, due to significantly higher tax expense (₹682.52 lakh vs ₹230.26 lakh) from deferred tax adjustments. Consolidated PAT jumped to ₹2,875.77 lakh (up 96% YoY), showing strong performance from subsidiary/associate. Finance costs increased substantially to ₹2,412 lakh standalone and ₹2,198 lakh consolidated, indicating higher debt burden. Board also appointed Mr. Deep S Vadodaria as Chairman & Managing Director and Mr. Prashant H Sarkhedi as Whole-Time Director, and appointed new Internal Auditor (M/s M P Doshi & Associates) and Cost Auditor (M/s Dalwadi & Associates) for FY2026-27. Auditors issued unmodified opinion on both standalone and consolidated financials.
Strong consolidated PAT growth of 96% YoY is positive; however standalone PAT decline despite revenue growth due to higher tax outgo and elevated finance costs raises concerns about profitability sustainability and debt service burden.
