Nila Spaces Limited announced audited financial results for Q4 and FY25 (ended March 31, 2025), with standalone total income rising about 43% to Rs 13,580.22 lakhs from Rs 9,503.90 lakhs a year ago, and standalone profit after tax nearly doubling to Rs 676.78 lakhs from Rs 377.49 lakhs. Consolidated revenue stood at Rs 13,579.82 lakhs with PAT of Rs 468.69 lakhs (vs Rs 371.89 lakhs), and operating cash flow remained strong at Rs 4,046.67 lakhs. Statutory auditor M/s Dhirubhai Shah & Co. LLP issued an unqualified (unmodified) opinion on both standalone and consolidated results. The board also approved a strategic investment of about Rs 84.85 lakhs in 380 Compulsorily Convertible Preference Shares of Smarter Dharma Sustainable Solutions, a sustainability SaaS platform for real estate, giving 2.32% equity stake on conversion (not a related party transaction). Three new auditors were appointed: Umesh Ved & Associates as Secretarial Auditor for 5 years (FY26–FY30), and M P Doshi & Associates and Dalwadi & Associates as Internal and Cost Auditors respectively for FY26.
Strong revenue and PAT growth with a clean audit opinion signal healthy operational performance and should be viewed positively by shareholders. The small strategic tech investment and routine auditor appointments are not material to stock price, but reinforce governance discipline going into FY26.
