Board approved standalone and consolidated Q1 FY26-27 results. Standalone PAT rose to Rs 730.85 lakh from Rs 599.63 lakh YoY, but PBT fell sharply to Rs 928.96 lakh from Rs 1,692.03 lakh as finance costs jumped to Rs 725 lakh from Rs 487 lakh. Revenue from operations dipped to Rs 3,917 lakh from Rs 4,083 lakh. Consolidated PAT rose to Rs 846.86 lakh from Rs 752.61 lakh. Auditor Dhirubhai Shah & Co LLP issued a clean limited review report with no qualifications.
Mixed: bottom line grew but margins compressed sharply; rising borrowing costs are a key concern for the real estate business.
