Nilkamal Limited reported standalone revenue of ₹3,68,639 Lakhs for FY26, up 13.8% from ₹3,23,932 Lakhs in FY25. Profit after tax grew 15.2% to ₹10,513 Lakhs from ₹9,127 Lakhs. On consolidated basis, revenue stood at ₹3,77,806 Lakhs (up 14%) and PAT at ₹11,607 Lakhs (up 8.7%). The Board recommended a dividend of ₹20 per share (200%). Auditors issued an unmodified (clean) opinion. An exceptional charge of ₹1,541 Lakhs was recorded due to gratuity and leave provisions following new labour codes. Both B2B and Retail segments showed healthy growth, with Retail outperforming at ~16.4% growth.
The results show steady revenue and profit growth with clean audit status. Dividend payout signals confidence. The exceptional labour code charge is non-recurring and should not affect core operations. Investors may view the consistent performance positively.
